Check-in / Check-out

Check-in:

Check-in at Reception on ground floor of condominium Check-in not earlier than 2 pm Early check-in subject to availability and prior request If check-in required outside of standard business hours (8 am - 6 pm) contact us prior to arrival to arrange for key and registration Photo identification required for registration - ID card for Thai nationals, passport for other nationals Credit card required for security deposit

Check-out:

Check-out not later than 12 pm for daily rental rates Check-out not later than 6 pm for weekly and monthly rental rates Late check-out subject to availability and prior request

Occupancy

Maximum occupancy:	4 persons per 2 bedroom condo 6 persons per 3 bedroom condo
Pets:	Not permitted
Smoking:	Not permitted in indoor areas

Rates & Additional Charges

Rates:	Rates are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (THB) Daily rates - Quoted rates inclusive of applicable taxes, electricity and water supply charges Weekly & monthly rates - Quoted rates inclusive of applicable taxes, exclusive of electricity and water supply charges
Rate basis:	Daily rate - for continuous rental period of less than 7 days Weekly rate - for continuous rental period of between 7 days and less than 30 days Monthly rate - for continuous rental period of 30 days or more
Electricity:	THB 6.00 per kilowatt-hour consumed
Water Supply:	THB 30.00 per cubic meter consumed
Shuttle Bus:	Purchase tickets at Reception
Parking:	Free parking - please notify Registration at time of check-in that you have a vehicle
Late Check-out:	Where applicable - 50% of daily rate
Changes:	Rates and charges subject to change without prior notice

Payment

Currency of payment:	Payments to be made in Thai Baht (THB)
Payment methods:	Payments made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), by cash (Thai Baht), or by bank transfer

Deposit & Cancellation

Deposit:	25% of rental amount at time of confirmed reservation Remaining 75% of rental amount paid upon check-in
Cancellation:	High Season - Cancellation within 60 days prior to arrival charged, 50% of deposit is refunded. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival, no refund of deposit Low Season - Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival charged, 50% of deposit is refunded. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund of deposit No show will be charged the full amount of the stay
