1. What does SeaRidge offer?
SeaRidge is an exclusive community of luxury condominiums and villas in Hua Hin, Thailand. We have a total of 56 two and three bedroom condominiums in a single 7 story L-shaped building. Approximately 20 of these condo units are available for short and long-term rental through the SeaRidge Vacation Rental program.
The condominium features a large free-form swimming pool with an adjoining club facility. The club facility, which will include a fitness center and restaurant, is scheduled to be completed in 2010.

2. What types of vacation rentals are available at SeaRidge?
We offer 2 and 3 bedroom fully furnished and equipped condominiums for rent on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
3. Where is SeaRidge located?
SeaRidge is located in Hua Hin, Thailand. Hua Hin is 200 km southwest of Bangkok on the Gulf of Thailand. SeaRidge is 10 km south of the Hua Hin town center in a beautiful hillside setting with views of the sea and surrounding mountains. Click here to see maps and driving directions.
4. What is the closest international airport?
Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport (airport code: BKK) which is approximately 230 km from Hua Hin.
5. What is the best way to get from Bangkok to SeaRidge?
Travel by road is most convenient and takes about 2½ hours from Bangkok city center or about 3 hours from Bangkok International Airport.
We are happy to arrange for your Hua Hin travel arrangements. We can provicle a car or minibus for your travel from Bangkok to SeaRidge. Contact us for more information. Alternatively, you can travel by taxi or motor coach (bus), or by train.

We offer 3 condominium floor plans:
- Palmyra: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 balcony, 112 m2 (1,205 ft2).
- Jasmine: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 balconies, 171 m2 (1,890 ft2).
- Narrana: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 balcony, 134 m2 (1,440 ft2).

9. Are the condominiums furnished and equipped?

10. What kitchen facilities are provided in the condominiums?
Every condominium is equipped with a hob (cooker), refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, all cookware and all tableware for 4 - 6 persons. Some condos also have ovens and dishwashing machines.
All condominiums have a full size dining table and chairs for 6 persons.

How does SeaRidge compare to other Hua Hin rental accommodation?
In Hua Hin, most condos and villas are let out directly by individual owners. As a result, there can be significant differences in the quality of management and the furnishings and amenities provided - even between condos in the same building. Renters can face significant uncertainty as to how well the rental unit might, or might not be, furnished and equipped. Furthermore, since many individual owners reside outside of Thailand, any problems renters encounter with the rental unit might not be addressed in a timely manner.
SeaRidge is very different than this typical Hua Hin rental arrangement. At SeaRidge, our rental accommodations are professionally managed and furnished and equipped to the same exceptional standards. You’ll know exactly what we provide in each of our rental condominiums before you leave home. We have professional onsite management who can quickly address any issues and ensure that you get the most of out of your vacation.
Check-In, Check-Out & Payment
12. Where do I check in?
You check in at our reception on the ground floor of the condominium building, just inside the main entrance.
13. What is the earliest check-in time?
Check-in not earlier than 2 pm. Earlier check-in subject to availability and prior request.
If you would like to check in outside of normal business hours, please inform us in advance so that we can ensure our staff are there to receive you.
14. What is the latest check-out time?
Check-out not later than 12 pm for daily rental rates. Check-out not later than 6 pm for weekly and monthly rental rates. Later check-out subject to availability and prior request.
15. What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), cash (Thai Baht), and direct deposit to our bank account.

16. Is it possible to purchase a home at SeaRidge?

Currency, Electricity, Water & Other Practicalities
17. What is the local currency?

18. Can I use local ATMs?
In most cases, yes, but please check with your ATM card issuer in your home country. ATMs are widely available in Hua Hin and throughout Thailand.
19. What is the electric current in Thailand?
Thailand's electric current is 220 Volts at 50 Hz. Small appliances from most European countries will function properly in Thailand. Appliances from North America and Japan will require a voltage converter to function properly in Thailand.
Notebook computer, as well as most battery chargers used in mobile devices (mobile phones, digital cameras, video recorder, etc.), are typically dual voltage and therefore can normally be used in Thailand regardless of their country of purchase.
20. What kind of electric plugs does SeaRidge have?
SeaRidge uses 3 prong plugs - 2 flat blades with round grounding pin.
21. Is water safe to drink?
Drinking tap water anywhere in Thailand is not recommended. Instead, we recommend bottled water for drinking, which is very widely available at very reasonable prices.
At SeaRidge, we provide 2 bottles of complimentary drinking water per day in each condominium.
22. Is smoking permitted at SeaRidge?
Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas of SeaRidge, including the condominiums. However, all Condos have outdoor balconies and smoking is permitted here.
23. Are pets allowed at SeaRidge?
For hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed in the SeaRidge Vacation Rentals.
Golf, Beaches and Hua Hin
24. Are there golf courses in the area?
Yes, Hua Hin has become one of the best locations in Asia for golf. There are now 9 golf courses within 5-40 minutes of SeaRidge.

25. Where are the closest beaches to SeaRidge?
SeaRidge is a 5 minute drive from 2 secluded beaches. Our shuttle bus makes regular trips to these beaches.

SeaRidge is located within Hua Hin Municipality. The town center is about 10 km (10 minute drive) north of SeaRidge. Our shuttle bus makes regular trips to the town center.
